  • Plant a fan in front of you to keep fresh air circulating around your body. Since you are not moving, moist air rising off your skin will create a humid micro-climate around you that will make it harder for you to stay cool.

  • Place an old towel under the bike and one on the handle bars to protect your floor from damage from sweat.
